For your own safety please be honest about medications and medical history. Since some medications can be dangerous if mixed with Ayahuasca, such as antidepressants. We need some advance notice to research your medications.

Food Diet-   minimum of 4 to 5 days beforehand. Pre dieta-    

No pharmaceuticals unless needed for medical reasons.  No opiate-based medicines. No antidepressants. No cocaine, no drugs.  No alcohol.   No pork. No heavily processed foods. No heavily fried foods. No really spicy foods. No sugar. It is advised to do a sex fast during the dieta. 

Suggested items to bring-   flashlight, sandals and hiking shoes, bug repellant, medicinal salves, essential oils such as lavender, shorts and long pants, swimming shorts, short sleeves and long sleeves shirts. Sun hat. Sunglasses. Natural soap.
